Return Policy
Return-shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. We will pay these charges and refund shipping charges only if we are at fault. Refunds will be issued to the credit card account originally charged. A package that is refused for delivery is the same as making a return. Local New York-area customers may, at their option, return merchandise to The Phoenix of Westchester retail store at 4 Grayrock Road, Scarsdale, NY.
