The Phoenix – drawing upon its own huge stock, and via relationships with a wide array third-party sellers – helps you find exactly what you are looking for, at the lowest possible price! We also help you sell your comics and other collectibles through our consignment service.
Shipping
Most in-stock orders ship USPS Parcel Post the next business day. Orders shipped with the 48 contiguous states should arrive within 2-9 days from the day it ships from our warehouse, depending on your location. Orders placed during a weekend ship the following business day (unless it is a National holiday). Go to Shipping for details. We ship to PO, APO or FPO Boxes, as well as international orders. All orders are payable in U.S. dollars.

Orders Not-In-Stock
If an item is temporarily unavailable, Phoenix will research its many resources to try get it for you. If it is permanently unavailable, we will, where appropriate, suggest alternate selections.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel an order anytime prior to shipping. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel an order once it has been shipped.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is fully guaranteed and your dealings with The Phoenix are risk-free. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return any merchandise purchased from Phoenix within 30 days of receipt of your shipment for a full refund or replacement.
Return Policy
Return-shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. We will pay these charges and refund shipping charges only if we are at fault. Refunds will be issued to the credit card account originally charged. A package that is refused for delivery is the same as making a return. Local New York-area customers may, at their option, return merchandise to The Phoenix of Westchester retail store at 2 Grayrock Road, Scarsdale, NY.
Merchandise Damaged in Shipment
We carefully inspect all merchandise before it leaves our warehouse. If you receive any item damaged, you must, within 48 hours, call customer service at 1-877-327-8170. This is important since the responsible freight carrier must be contacted immediately.
Payment Methods
Online payments may be made via the 4 major bank credit/debit cards (American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover). Your account is charged only when your order is processed. All orders, regardless of origin or payment method, are payable in U.S. dollars. Use of your credit card with this site does not place you on any list that is for sale or rent to any third party. Yes. Phoenix uses state-of-the-art security procedures and guarantees that you will not be charged if fraudulent use is made of your credit card because of an order you have placed on this site. Every online credit card transaction with this site is backed by our Safe Purchase Guarantee. Regarding any purchase you make from this site, you pay nothing if fraudulent use is made of your credit card account as the direct result of your use of the account for a purchase this site. To date, no Phoenix customer has reported fraudulent use of a credit card, or any unauthorized charges, because of an online purchase from us. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00 amount, Phoenix will reimburse you for this liability, up to the maximum $50.00.
